One of the great features of Málaga is that it has a lovely and active port. The big cruise ships arrive and depart. Sailboats and fishing boats line the harbor. I already mentioned the adjacent Paseo del Parque. Plus, the dock is lined with shops and restaurants (with plenty of outdoor seating that overlooks the water). It was pretty warm today (about 70!!), so I took a longer outing than usual and walked along the harbor and its neighbor, Malagueta Beach.
In case you’ve never heard (or read) me say it . . . I love the water. So, I’m a happy girl right now. It may not be bikini weather, but I’ll take what I can get . . . sun, sand, sea, and not too cold . . . it is January, after all.
